The fabric is most of the garment

We work in seamless jacquard, open mesh, modal and combed cotton. The difference is visible before it is felt: a mesh ground moves air, a jacquard carries its pattern as structure rather than as ink, a cotton knit holds its shape after washing. You choose the material, and we tell you what it will do on the line.

How it is put together

An order comes back for a rolled hem, a waistband that marks, or a gusset that fails after ten washes. Flatlock seams, woven waistbands and a gusset cut and set as its own piece are where that is decided.

You buy from the factory, not from a reseller

Diagram: goods go from the factory straight to the buyer. Below, the usual chain of factory, agent, wholesaler, retailer and buyer is shown greyed out and crossed through.

A trading company buys from a factory and sells it on to you. Its margin is inside your unit price, and you never see the number. Here you deal with the people who cut and sew: the quotation is the factory price, and a change to the specification reaches the floor the same day instead of going through a middleman.

Nothing is added between the sewing line and your invoice, because there is nobody in between to add it.
Answers from the floor
A question about a seam is answered by the people sewing it, rather than relayed through an office that will ask them later.
Changes in a day
A revised specification goes straight to the cutting room, not into a queue at a supplier you have never met.

Built to your specification

OEM, ODM and private label. You define the materials; we cut, sew, finish and pack. Sampling runs on our own floor, so a first sample leaves in seven days and a revision does not sit in a subcontractor’s queue.

How production runs

  1. Brief

    You send the article, fabric, size range, quantity per colourway and destination market.

  2. Sampling

    We cut and sew a first sample on our own sample line. Seven days.

  3. Approval

    You approve the sample, the lab dips and the trims. Nothing enters production before this.

  4. Production

    Fifteen to twenty days, depending on the fabric.

  5. Inspection

    Pre-shipment inspection against the approved sample, to the AQL you set.

  6. Shipment

    Cartons marked to your instruction. Documents issued to match the shipment.

Most factories stop at the sewing floor

Guangzhou has thousands of factories that can produce your order. The order still fails at the border when the labelling is wrong, the test report is missing, or the technical file does not match what was filed. We work the destination market’s requirements into the specification before the first sample is cut.

Buyers are received at our Guangzhou office and taken to the factory in Zhongshan. You will see the cutting room, the sewing lines and the finishing floor, and meet the people who will run your order. We would rather you came than took our word for it.

Every market has its own rules

Labelling, fibre composition, care symbols and the test reports an importer is asked for are not the same in Riyadh, Paris and New York. We build the file for the market the goods are going to, and we tell you what yours is missing before you place the order rather than after the container has sailed.
